Like it a lot | |
| Works well, set it at highest setting and little light blinks when temperature is reached. Tip seems to hold up better than some other irons. | ||

| Works perfectly! Ive had this variable-temp soldering iron for only a few days, but Ive put several hours of hot use on it. The red light goes on, and after the dialed temperature is reached, the light will go off and on, showing the temperature regulation circuit performing its duty. Best iron for the money. The tip is high quality as well. NOTE: A foul break-in oder and maybe condensation on the inside of the clear handle is normal for first use. The handle does get quite warm above the main heavy resistor. I may drill tiny air holes to facilitate cooling. Or I may not. | ||
